Shipping Cost:

We have a $15 flat fee for shipping within Canada and a $20 flat fee for the United States. Shipping will be assessed for other locations separately at the standard shipping rates and customer will be advised of expected arrival dates. 

You can also select: Pick Up in Store at check out, and we will have your order ready for Pick up at our store, located on Queen Street West in Toronto, please see confirmation for available times.

 

Our Online Return Policy:

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but should you need to return, here is how it will work. We don't offer refunds, but can help you with an exchange or store credit. Within 15 days from receipt of purchase, the item can be returned in its original condition for an exchange or store credit. It will be your cost for return shipping and we will provide a Return Authorization and ship your exchanged items with no additional shipping charge. Undergarments, food,  skincare and items from the Sale Collection are FINAL SALE and may not be exchanged.

We package all shipments in recycled materials and avoid unnecessary packaging. If something doesn't make it to you in great condition, please let us know and we will sort out a solution for you. We're a small team and love the personal touch even with online orders and work hard to be sure you are happy with your purchase.
