Liquid Wildflower Honey

The Heritage Bee Company's honey is raw, unpasteurized, minimally processed and hyper-local.  

They are a chemical-free and antibiotic-free beekeepers, resulting in honey as nature intended.  Essentially organic.   Unique traceability numbers on each jar allows customers to fully understand where their honey was collected.  They do not import any honey, nor blend with any honey outside their own professionally managed apiaries.  Honey is collected from their professionally managed apiaries in Mulmur, Ontario - surrounded by wildflower meadows, nearby Provincially-protected wetlands, and Ontario's Niagara Escarpment - a UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve.  Plus miles away from commercial agriculture. A dream sanctuary for honeybees. 

They produce a beautiful Wildflower Honey that is in synchronicity with how the bees naturally collect nectar and pollen.  The hives remain stationary and they do not participate in migratory beekeeping or pollination services.
