Super Foods Brunch & Learn

Have you ever wondered what was so super about Super Foods? Our special guest, Naturopath Dr. Rachel Schwartzman will share with us what make a food "super" and how we can easily add some Super Foods to our everyday diet. We will be focusing on healthy snacks and Rachel will demonstrate a couple of easy recipes you will leave with some recipes so you can try these at home.

Join us on Sunday October 21st from 10am- 12pm - light brunch will be provided. This is a FREE event, but please "buy" a ticket to register. We will have your name on a guest list, so you don't need to bring anything with you other than your own re-usable cup and spoon if you have them. 

Rachel is a board certified and licensed naturopathic doctor,  acupuncturist and birth doula. She graduated from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, 4 year medical program in 2005 and has maintained a general family practice since then. She practices naturopathic family medicine and has a special interest in pediatric medicine and women's health, particularly in the area of hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy and prenatal care.
