COVID-19 Business Update - May 19, 2020
As many of you know, we closed before it was a requirement because we wanted to be sure everyone was safe and we will also be re-opening more slowly than allowed to be sure we feel ready to welcome people back and deliver a meaningful shopping experience.
Contact-Free Pick up
You can order online and select Pick-Up before checking out and your order will be confirmed, when it's ready for pick up. Come anytime during these windows. and be sure to maintain the 2m/6ft physical distance if someone is picking up at the same time and we will set your order out for you when you arrive. Please note that currently, you need to checkout without using ShopPay to use the pick up feature.
Pick up times:
We are now open by appointment only: To schedule a time with us, send us your Wishlist - here's a link for how to create this and how to forward the link. We will review and send you a link to our online scheduling tool and you can select your time, and fill out your details there. We will confirm your appointed time and have the store sterilized, your list ready for you to minimize the contact & we will greet you at the door wearing a mask, and providing you hand sanitizer and a mask. We will schedule appointments with time in between so that we can sterilize the store between each customer. We will give you the time to enjoy your experience and have some time to browse. And many of you love having my undivided attention, so here's our opportunity to deliver this. Please follow the instructions here to join the queue for an appointment in June.
You can also arrange an At Home Try On Session. We will prepare the same way as above, and you can pick up or we will deliver and you can return what doesn't work and we will charge you for what you keep. Send your Wishlist to me email@example.com and we will arrange with you.

It's really important to us to be able to serve you in person again, but we are continuing to take things one day at a time to be sure we can deliver you exceptional service.
We will also be keeping things to shopping for the near future and not be opening for browsing without appointment. We want to keep the store clean and available to the people who would like to do some shopping and will only be available by pre-arranged appointment to start.
